Air Water Separator
The air water separator is a kind of equipment which is suitable for compressed air pipeline of ship. Its main function is to separate air, water and impurities, remove the droplets contained in the steam and compressed air system, separate the solid particles in the air, and separate the air-liquid of various gases and effectively separate the water and impurities in the pressure air pipeline, purify the air, etc.
The advantages of this equipment are high water removal efficiency, small size, easy installation, etc. It is because of these advantages that the gas-water separator has become an indispensable existence in the ship system.
Common types of air water separator materials are: cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, forged steel and so on. Nominal diameter range is mainly DN15-DN300. Nominal pressure is less than or equal to 3.0MPa.
