DN32 Air Water Separator
DN32 air water separator is a device for filtering water and purifying air. The air water separator is a carbon steel or stainless steel equipment for the structure of the pressure vessel. The air water separator must be installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the drainage outlet is vertical down. The air water separator of all calibers is equipped with mounting brackets to reduce the bearing capacity of the pipeline. To ensure the rapid discharge of the separated liquid, a suitable set of trap combinations should be connected at the bottom drain of the air water separator.

Use of air water separator
The air water separator changes the direction of the steam or compressed air suddenly in the flow, separating the water droplets contained in the steam or compressed air and reducing the water content in the steam or compressed air. The separated water droplets collect under the separator and are discharged through a separate trap. The air water separator can ensure the dryness of steam or air used in steam equipment, improve the working efficiency of steam equipment and extend the service life of equipment.
