Overview
Ventilation principle:
Fresh air enters the valve body through the gaps in the fireproof net, which not only prevents fire but also does not affect ventilation. The end of the ventilation pipe is inserted into the ship's compartment, which is used for ventilation in the crew rest room and conference room. The internal sealing of the fan can reduce the possibility of seawater entering the micro motor, extending the service life of the micro motor. After the micro motor drives the fan to rotate on the support shaft, the fan can continuously deliver gas to the ship's compartment, achieving good ventilation performance; When seawater enters the valve body, the floating ball has strong buoyancy. As seawater continues to rise, the floating ball comes into contact with the air vent. Due to the curvature of the air vent matching that of the floating ball, the floating ball blocks the narrow part of the air vent, preventing seawater from entering the shell and increasing sealing.
Features:
1. The comprehensive arrangement of the gooseneck ventilation duct system complies with the requirements of the classification society and flag state for which the ship is classified.
2. The gooseneck ventilation duct system is made of non combustible materials.
3. When the gooseneck ventilation duct passes through an A-grade bulkhead or deck, if the net cross-sectional area of the duct exceeds 0.02m2, the wall thickness of the duct should be at least 3mm and the span length should be at least 900mm. The length should be divided into 450 strokes on each side of the bulkhead or deck, and this duct should have the same fire resistance and insulation as the bulkhead or deck.
