Overview

Chain stopper is the main device used to control anchor chain. There are two kinds of chain stoppers commonly used: Bar type and spiral type, among which the knife type is simple in structure and more convenient to use. Chain stopper can be selected according to the chain diameter and the test load of anchor chain.

The bar type chain stopper stops the anchor chain by using the vertical chain link that passes through the guide groove with a knife, which is simple in structure and convenient to use.

Spiral chain stopper is equipped with a pair of clamping blocks for clamping anchor chain and a control screw, which can make the clamping blocks tighten or loosen at the same time. The structure is complicated, but it is reliable to use.
