Bilge Blower

Bilge Blower

According to the needs of ship operation, the bilge water of the whole ship will be excluded after oil-water separation treatment, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the dirty oil water accumulated in the bilge of the ship. In sewage treatment, the marine blowers are mainly used for aeration, that is, to provide oxygen to the water in the sewage treatment tank, and at the same time stir the water to promote the growth and metabolism of microorganisms and accelerate the decomposition of organic matter.

Overview

Operation:

Marine blowers can produce airflow, so that the sewage for natural ventilation, organic substances in the water can be quickly decomposed, to achieve good treatment results. The fan can also play a role in increasing the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water, which is conducive to the growth of bacterial flora and promotes the efficiency of sewage treatment.

In the process of sewage treatment, it is sometimes necessary to clean the suspended matter and debris in the aeration basin by backwashing. The marine blower can generate a reverse airflow by injecting air into the aeration basin, flushing the suspended matter and debris out of the aeration basin.

Marine blowers produce flow of sewage through forced ventilation, thus avoiding the appearance of dead space and ensuring that the microorganisms in the sewage can get sufficient oxygen throughout the treatment process.
