The storage tank is mainly welded with a single iron foot zinc anode and a ribbon zinc anode, which is mainly used to prevent corrosion of the inner wall and bottom of the storage tank.

Common Problems and Solutions

Rapid consumption of anode: it may be due to the high concentration of corrosive medium in the environment of the storage tank, it is necessary to check the consumption of anode regularly and replace it if necessary.

Poor anode contact: the installation should ensure a good electrical connection between the anode and the tank metal, otherwise the protection effect will be affected.

Insufficient current: Miscalculation or improper selection of anode size will result in insufficient current to provide effective protection. Calculations need to be reassessed.
