What is Marine Deck Valve?

Usage method
When the operator needs to use the oil-water interface meter, oil sludge ruler and other measuring equipment to measure the oil tank, pull down the deck valve cover cap, and then put the quick connector of the equipment used on the quick connector seat of the deck valve, and then open the ball valve, (upward 90 degrees) the equipment connected can be put into use according to the respective requirements. When it is necessary to use the closed sampling device, select the upper part, the base of the tank sampling equipment can be placed and fixed on the upper flange of the ball valve. After opening the ball valve, (90 degrees upward) the operator can carry out the sampling operation. After the deck valve has been used, the ball valve should be placed in the closed position to avoid the leakage of oil and gas in the oil tank.
Main structure
This valve consists of 5 main parts:
1. the bonnet of the deck valve, which is screwed tightly when not in use to prevent dust etc. from entering the valve body;
2. a quick closing port for the oil-water interface
3. a quick closing port for use with a closed sampler
4. ball valve
5. deck mounting flange
