Installation Steps:
1.Preparation materials: Firstly, it is necessary to prepare the pipes, clamps, sealing rings, and related tools that need to be connected. Ensure that all materials are clean and undamaged to ensure the reliability and sealing of the connection.
2.Install the card sleeve: Remove the card sleeve and place it on the two ends of the pipeline that need to be connected, ensuring that the card sleeve is aligned with the pipeline. Next, place the sealing ring on the sleeve and ensure that it is in the appropriate position.
3.Tighten the sleeve: Gradually tighten the nut on the sleeve until the connection is tight and the sealing ring is compressed to the appropriate position. Be careful not to tighten too tightly to avoid damaging the card sleeve or sealing ring.
4.Check the connection: After tightening, it is necessary to check whether there is any looseness or leakage at the connection of the card sleeve.
