Vertical Explosion-proof Exhaust Fan
The fans can be used with 380V/220V.50Hz or 440V/220V,60Hz.
The fans are designed according to arbitary vortes flow method. We choose the most reasonable vortes flow coefficient on the vanes of the fan, specifications, distribute every sectional characteristic speed and length of the vanes, the fans have low-noise, small size, light-weight, stable performance,etc.
In the of of designing and manufacturing, we had thought fully of the marine special conditions, impellers are strictly made by dynamic balance adjustment and over-speed test. Therefore, the fans are also have the features of good anti-corrosion, anti-swig,vibration resistance, shock resistance, stable running and reliable.

3.Power: 40w~250w.
4.Electrical system: standard configuration AC 3PH 380V/50Hz, AC 3PH 440V/60Hz, other electrical systems can be selected if necessary: AC 3PH 415V/50Hz, AC 3PH 460V/60Hz,AC 3PH 480V/60Hz,AC 3PH 690V/60Hz.
5.Shell: The structural type is cylindrical. Main function: Collect gas, guide the gas, improve the internal efficiency of the fan, support the motor, and protect the impeller during operation.
6.Impeller: The structural type is a wing shaped blade, made of ZL104 cast aluminum alloy, and has undergone strict dynamic balance correction and over-speed testing.
7.Watertight cover: easy to open, preventing the entry of seawater and rainwater.
8.Marine electric motor: The base surface of the marine electric motor has axial heat dissipation ribs, which can increase the cooling effect. Marine electric motors can be equipped with space heaters as required.
9.Application: Widely used in various types of passenger ships, cargo ships, ships, and offshore oil platforms.
