Detail handling:
1. All parts of the marine gooseneck ventilation tube should have smooth surfaces, no burrs or cracks, the weld surface should be cleaned, the accessory switch should be flexible, and the moving parts should be coated with lubricating grease;
When the cover plate of the ship's gooseneck ventilation duct is closed, the edge of the duct should be uniformly pressed with filling material and have continuous contact pressing. The pressing width b should be ≥ t/2, and the tightness test requires the installation position at the root and compliance with the regulations of the classification society.
3. The various components of the gooseneck ventilation duct should undergo rust removal treatment (shot blasting, spraying or manual), and after cleaning, they should meet the requirements of Sa2 or St2 level in GB8923.
After the manufacturing of the marine gooseneck ventilation duct is completed, it should be coated with two coats of anti rust primer.
5. After the manufacturing of the ship's gooseneck ventilation tube is completed and the test is completed, the inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity.
