Valves play an important role in ships. They control fluids on ships, including water, oil, and gases. Fire-fighting systems: Marine valves are used in fire-fighting systems to control the flow of water or firefighting foam to extinguish fires on board.

Bilge systems: Marine valves are used in bilge systems to pump out water that accumulates in the lower compartments of the ship, helping to prevent flooding.

The importance of valves in ships cannot be ignored. Firstly, the normal operation of valves ensures the stability and safety of ship systems. If there is a valve failure, it may lead to fluid leakage, ship imbalance, ship stoppage and other problems. Secondly, the service life of valves in ships is relatively short, and they need to be overhauled and replaced frequently.
