Overview

Super Cone Rubber Fender Features:

1. High energy absorption, low reaction force.

2. A frontal panel (steel frame) is installed at the front edge of the fender, which greatly reduces the surface pressure acting on the ship's side plate, making it particularly suitable for large ships to berth.

3. Installing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pad in front of the frontal panel can reduce the friction between the ship and the fender, greatly reducing the shear force when the ship berths, thereby improving the lifespan of the fender.

4. Frontal panel generally adopt a closed structure, with high strength and good anti-corrosion performance.

5. Due to the fact that the fenders do not directly contact the ship, super cone rubber fender have the advantages of non wear and tear on the body and long service life.
