Overview
Principle:
Straight bulkhead connection is mainly to achieve quick connection and disconnection of the trachea through the quick insert button, while ensuring the tightness and sealing of the connection through locking bolts and nuts. This type of joint usually includes a joint body with two joint holes on the left and right sides and corresponding trachea holes. The trachea is quickly inserted and locked through the left and right quick insertion buttons to achieve sealing action.
Installation precautions:
Firstly, check for any debris inside the joint and ensure that the outer surface of the steel pipe is clean and shiny.
2. Check if the end face of the steel pipe is vertical and ensure that the cut surface is even.
3. First, install the nut and two snap rings into the steel pipe, taking care not to mix them up in order.
4. Tighten the nut until it reaches the pressure point, then tighten it half a turn.
