Principle Description
The semiautomatic fuel oil supply unit is composed of fuel supply pumps, circulation pumps, flowmeters, oil mixing drums, oil filters, semi-automatic cleaning filters, fuel heaters, fuel viscosity control systems, PLC control boxes, instruments, valves and accessories, etc. The oil in the oil tank is heated to 80 °C and enters the fuel inlet. After being roughly filtered by the oil filter, it is supplied to the oil mixing drum by the supply pump. After being mixed with the oil returned from the main engine, it is pressurized by the circulation pump and heated by the heater to reduce the viscosity. After being precisely filtered by the semi-automatic cleaning filter, the temperature of the fuel heating is automatically controlled by the viscosity control system, and the fuel that meets the viscosity for the main engine to burn is input into the main engine.
