Testing:
The raw material, production process and formula used in rock wool sandwich panel make it have good fire resistance. Tests have shown that it has a fire resistance of more than 1000°C. Rock wool sandwich panel has passed the test of GLOROANO S.P.A, an authoritative Italian testing agency. According to the standards of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), British BS and German DIN, the rock wool sandwich panel meets the requirements of fire prevention standard M.I14/09/61 letter No.91 and D.M.30/11/83.
The test results are as follows:
(1) 50mm thick rock wool sandwich panel RE130 80mm thick rock wool sandwich panel REL60 100mm thick rock wool sandwich panel REL 120
(2) good thermal insulation: rock wool sandwich panel thermal insulation performance is based on the thermal conductivity of rock wool = 0.043W / ㎡ K, calculated on the basis of the corresponding proportion of the thickness of the rock wool core material.
(3) sound-absorbing and heat-insulating effect is remarkable: sound insulation: rock wool sandwich panels on the noise transmission has a significant role in reducing, especially for places where there are designated flights through. In addition, the use of rock wool roofing panels, rain, hail on the building's roof steel plate impact caused by indoor sound, but also significantly reduced. Through testing, in accordance with ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, the use of sandwich panels with a density of 120 kg/m³ rock wool as the core material, the sound insulation effect can reach RW = 29-30 dB.
