Rigging Fastener Turnbuckle With Stub End
Stub end turnbuckle fittings are a rod or shaft that is partially threaded with an unthreaded stub. Stub end fittings are generally part of a stub/stub turnbuckle assembly that is used to push surfaces or objects apart. Alternately, another fitting type or rigging hardware component can be welded to the end of the stub for use in a traditional turnbuckle assembly. Stub ends are available with either left handed or right handed threads, and an end fitting of each thread direction is needed to complete the turnbuckle assembly.
Overview
