Pressure Reducing Valve Group
Pressure reducing valve group are devices used to regulate and control fluid pressure, typically in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure that the system operates within a safe and stable pressure range. Their primary function is to depressurize a high pressure fluid to a desired lower pressure and maintain that pressure at a stable level.
Overview
Principle of operation
Pressure reducing valve manifolds control the flow and pressure of fluid by adjusting the position of the spool. As fluid passes through the manifold, the position of the spool adjusts to a preset pressure value, thereby depressurizing the high pressure fluid to the desired low pressure level. A pressure regulator can be used to precisely set the desired output pressure, while a safety valve automatically opens when the pressure exceeds the set value, releasing excess pressure to protect the system.
