1. Check whether the wire rope is loose, broken or other damage, if serious should be scrapped immediately.
2. Basket operators should comply with the safety regulations and electrical safety matters related to high-altitude work, must wear a safety hat, fasten a safety belt, and must not wear hard-soled shoes, plastic shoes or other slippery shoes.
3. It is prohibited to use transfer basket or wire rope as electric welding arc or wiring circuit on the construction site. When using the transfer basket for gas welding, it is prohibited to place inflammable and explosive materials such as oxygen and acetylene bottles in the hanging platform.
4. Operators should pay attention to parts conditions during the lifting operation of the basket. If it is found that the lifting heat, noise, wire rope breakage, safety lock failure, the lifting speed at both ends of the basket is uneven, the limit switch is faulty, the control switch is faulty and other abnormal conditions, it should be returned to the ground in time for maintenance. It is forbidden to run the equipment with faults.
5. It is prohibited to use safety lock and electromagnetic brake for manual braking during the operation of the hanging basket.

6. When the construction period is longer, a regular inspection system for transfer baskets must be formulated.
