Polypropylene Rope

Polypropylene Rope

What we usually call Polypropylene Rope is polypropylene monofilament rope, which is the most traditional and economical fiber rope in the marine field. This lightweight rope has stronger tensile strength than manila rope, does not absorb water, does not slip, has good flexibility and durability. It has excellent resistance to most common chemicals and also resists rot, mold, and deterioration. It has UV resistance, good strength and moderate stretch.

What we usually call Polypropylene Rope is polypropylene monofilament rope, which is the most traditional and economical fiber rope in the marine field. It has excellent resistance to most common chemicals and also resists rot, mold, and deterioration. It has UV resistance, good strength and moderate stretch.

High-strength Polypropylene Rope, its strength is higher than polypropylene monofilament rope, and its durability will not decrease as the load intensity increases, so it is suitable for high-tension working loads, mooring or as a traction line. It is light in weight and has a specific gravity of 0.94. It will float in the water and its length will extend when subjected to external tension. It has excellent wear resistance and is a very economical and affordable marine rope.

Polypropylene Multifilament Rope is a fiber made from propylene as raw material through polymerization and melt spinning. It is produced by double twisting process, which makes it have better wear resistance, strength and elongation are basically the same in dry and wet states, easy to operate, average drainability and smooth feel.

Certifications: ABS, CCS, ISO, NK, BV, LR, RS, etc.

Applications: Used for mooring, towing, fishery, aquaculture, cargo bundling, signal ropes, hoisting, rigging and other purposes.
