Overview
Requirements:
When suction bellmouth is used in water tanks, the surface of the intake should be hot-dip galvanised, and the galvanising quantity should not be less than 480g/m.
When suction bellmouth for oil tanks, the suction bellmouth should have a brazing at the bottom.
Features:
Blackening is a surface treatment which, by initiating a chemical reaction, merely changes the surface of the part into a different substance (a protective film of iron tetraoxide), which is difficult to peel off. It can be said that this is a surface treatment process that has a longer lasting effect.
