Marine Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve

Marine stainless steel butterfly valves are used to realize the pipeline system on and off and flow control components. In the familiar butterfly valve technology, its sealing form mostly adopts the sealing structure, and the sealing material has rubber, PTFE and so on. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not adapted to high temperature, high pressure and corrosion and abrasion resistance in marine pipelines.

Design:

Stainless steel butterfly valve can be divided into offset plate type, vertical plate type, inclined plate type and lever type according to the structure form. According to the sealing form can be divided into two kinds of sealing type and hard sealing type. The soft sealing type generally adopts rubber ring sealing, and the hard sealing type usually adopts metal ring sealing.

Stainless steel butterfly valve connection type can be divided into flange connection and wafer type; according to the transmission mode can be divided into manual, gear drive, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric several.
