Marine Single Blade Fire Damper
The Marine Single Blade Fire Damper has only one blade and is designed to seal pipes in the event of a fire, preventing the spread of the fire. The Marine Single Blade Fire Damper is suitable for fire and explosion protection of water and gas systems, as well as for the fire isolation of equipment and pipes.
Overview
Linkage with fan:
The linkage control principle of fan and fire damper is to control the starting and stopping of the fan through the signal triggering of the fire alarm system, as well as to cut off the propagation route of the flame and hot gas through the automatic closing of the fire damper, so as to realize the purpose of rapid response and high efficiency in extinguishing the fire.
When a fire occurs, the fire alarm system sends a signal to the fan to activate and inject a large amount of fresh air into the fire. This process is accomplished through a control circuit that receives and executes commands to control the fan's operating status. The advantage of fire damper linked fans is their fast response and efficient fire suppression.
Normally, the two-speed high-temperature fan works at low speed to meet the air volume of exhaust. When fire occurs, the high temperature smoke exhaust fan will automatically run at high speed under the action of linkage control cabinet to meet the need of smoke exhaust. When the temperature of smoke reaches 280℃, the automatic smoke and fire damper will be closed automatically, and the smoke exhaust fan and make-up fan will be stopped automatically. 280℃ fire damper is located in the smoke exhaust pipeline crossing the firewall and fire partition, and its function is to cut off the spreading route of the flame and the heat when the pipeline enters into the fire.
