Marine Sewage Treatment Device
In response to increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, we have currently developed an improved marine sewage treatment device, which can assist shipowners in cultivating bacteria strains. The effluent index is stable and meets the standards, fulfilling the requirements of IMO.MEPC.227(64) "Implementation Guidelines for Standards and Performance Tests of Discharges from Sewage Treatment Plants in 2012" and Articles 5.2.2 and 5.2.4 of GB3552 - 2018 "Emission Standard for Water Pollutants from Ships".

Overview
Introduction
Water quality standard after treatment by marine sewage treatment device:
Heat-resistant coliform group: ≯ 100 pieces/100L
Total suspended solids (TSS): ≯ 35mg/L
Five-day biochemical oxygen demand without nitrification (BOD5): ≯ 25mg/L
Chemical oxygen demand (COD): ≯ 125mg/L
pH value: 6 - 8.5
Residual chlorine: ≯ 0.5mg/L
The improved marine sewage treatment device adopts a method combining the biological fluidized bed process (referred to as MBBR) and the membrane bioreactor process (referred to as MBR), as well as processes such as oxidative degradation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and physical disinfection to treat sewage from the toilets, kitchens, and bathrooms of ships (also applicable to institutions, schools, hotels, residences, factories, mining enterprises, etc.). It adopts a modular design and a split design to facilitate customers to carry and replace the equipment.
