Marine Port Light


A Marine Port Light is a navigation signal light situated on the port (left) side of a vessel. It emits a red light visible over a 112.5° arc to signify a vessel's presence and direction of travel to other watercraft. Port lights aid in maintaining safe distances between vessels and preventing collisions, especially in low visibility conditions or at night. The scope of application

Type 1: Applied to the ship with the length 12-15m vessel as light signal during night navigation.

Type 2: Applied to the ship with the length 50m or above as light signal during night navigation.
