Marine Large Electromagnetic Cooker is usually composed of a metal cabinet and a stove body. The cabinet is used to install and protect the internal electromagnetic heating components and circuits, and its top plate may be partially extended to prevent liquid splashing. The stove body is generally provided with a place to place pots, and the pots are placed directly on the stove body for heating.

Considering that the ship will bump and shake during the journey, the marine electromagnetic large pot stove needs to have a good support and fixing structure. For example, some marine electromagnetic large pot stoves will have a special fixing seat at the bottom, which will be used to cooperate with the mounting seat on the deck of the ship, and the stove body will be firmly fixed on the ship using bolts, buckles or other fixing methods. Working principle:

Marine electromagnetic large pot stoves are heated by the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the current passes through the electromagnetic coil, an alternating magnetic field will be generated inside the stove body. When the bottom of the pot is in this alternating magnetic field, eddy currents will be generated due to electromagnetic induction. When the eddy current flows at the bottom of the pot, Joule heat will be generated, so that the pot will heat up quickly and cook the food. This heating method has the advantages of fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, and precise temperature control.
