Marine Hydraulic Mooring Winch
Marine Hydraulic Mooring Winch is a deck equipment used on ships for mooring driven by hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor has high mechanical efficiency, large starting torque, and can be equipped with different distributors according to the working conditions, and the valve group can be directly integrated into the motor oil distributor according to the user's needs. Its gearbox can be divided into planetary gears and cycloidal gears.
Overview
Marine hydraulic mooring winch usually has a larger rated load, and accessories need to be checked regularly to ensure smooth operation and extend the winch service life. Every quarter, the winch and its accessories should be checked once, including the rust of the base, drum wear, water tightness, the flexibility of rotation, and the lubrication of clutch and brake. Every six months, the rotating part should be refueled regularly. Generally, the hydraulic winch has the characteristics of good safety, high efficiency, large torque, good stability at low speed, small noise and reliable operation.
