Overview
System Composition and Working Principle
This unit is composed of a common base, marine atmospheric condenser, condensate observation tank, hot water well, automatic water replenishing valve, thermometer, liquid level controller, valves, etc.
This unit is a component of the steam-condensate closed circulation system. The excess steam generated by the boiler and the condensate produced after the steam releases heat through various steam-using equipment flow into the hot well after being cooled by the atmospheric condenser. In the hot well, the condensate is filtered to remove oil stains and impurities, and then pressurized by the boiler feed water pump and sent to the boiler for the system to continue recycling, in order to save fresh water and realize the heat exchange function of the entire system.
