Marine Globe Valve
The structural forms of Marine Globe Valve body are straight-through, direct-flow and right-angle Straight-through type is the most common structure, but its fluid resistance is the biggest. Direct-flow fluid has small resistance and is mostly used for fluids containing solid particles or high viscosity. Right-angle valve body is mostly forged, which is suitable for cut-off valves with smaller diameter and higher pressure.
Overview
Principle of operation:
When the handwheel turns clockwise, the valve stem moves down, and the disc descends to make the sealing surface close, thus cutting off the passage. When it is reversed, it is opened, and the valve stem comes to the highest point to seal.
An upper seal is added to this valve. When the valve is in the open state, it has a two-layer sealing function together with the packing, and has a certain protective effect on the packing.
This valve adopts nylon products as sealing surface, and the filler is soft forming filler, and the upper seal is also soft material, so the sealing performance is good.

Simple structure, convenient manufacture and maintenance.
The working stroke is small, and the opening and closing time is short.
Good sealing performance, small friction between sealing surfaces and long service life.
