Marine Electric Heating Water Heater
This series electric heating water heater can be combined with the marine fresh water pressure tank. Fresh water from the tank replenishes the water heater which is then heated by electricity for the whole vessel's use.
It's controlled by two WTZK-50-C temperature controllers. When water temperature is below 50℃, the power turns on and the heater starts heating. At above 65℃, it stops. A pressure gauge shows tank pressure and a thermometer shows water temperature. A safety valve opens if pressure exceeds 0.42MPa. A float level switch protects the heater by cutting it off if water level is too low.
The electric control box offers manual and automatic control. In manual mode, the heater heats until water reaches 65℃. In automatic mode, if water is below 50℃, it heats automatically until reaching 65℃. For tanks with multiple heaters, a segmented heating method is used. If the float level switch detects no water, the heaters won't work.

Electric Heating Calorifier Operation method
(1) Adjust the temperature control range.
Set the low temperature controller and high temperature controller to 50℃ and 65℃.
(2) Set the open pressure of safety valve
Set the open pressure of safety valve. When the pressure in tank is over 0.42MPa, the safety valve will take off to release the pressure in tank.
(3) Normal operation
Open the water inlet and outlet valve. Start the electric heater. When the temperature in tank is lower than 50℃, the device will start automatically until the temperature reaching 65℃.
