Application

The duplex oil filter is used to filter fuel and lubricating oil, filter out oil-insoluble dirt, and keep the oil clean. Under normal working conditions, when the pressure drop of the working filter element exceeds the specified value, the conversion valve should be turned to switch to another filter element chamber, and the original filter element chamber should be checked and cleaned to ensure that the oil filter continues to work normally.

Instructions for Use

The double oil filter is part of the oil circuit continuous oil supply system. When installing, you should pay attention to the inlet and outlet direction of the oil circuit. The inlet and outlet direction is from top to bottom. When connecting the flange, you should pay attention to the uniform force of the screws, especially when using a half-gasket. Uneven force can easily break the flange.

There are two handles in the middle part of the double oil filter, which are divided into an upper handle and a lower handle. The upper handle part is a locking device, and the lower handle controls the flow direction of the liquid. Only when the upper handle is turned on can the lower handle turn left and right. The lower handle can only be turned to the far left or right (both the left and right sides are limited), and then the upper handle is pressed clockwise to tighten the middle seal. If the seal leaks oil, the upper handle should be pressed tight.

If it still leaks after adding force, consider the sealing problem and need to be repaired or replaced.

The double oil filter is used for oil, and the seal is the body material seal. The seal damage will be very serious in non-oil media that are easy to oxidize and rust.
