Marine Axial Fan

Marine Axial Fan

Marine axial fans are high efficiency, low noise, small size fans that are mainly used as smoke, exhaust and air extraction. On ships, axial fans are mostly used for cabin ventilation or other types of special air flow requirements. Marine axial fans are used to ventilate the ship's cabins, which can be used to convey air to the cabin or extracted from the cabin, and the air being conveyed can contain the salts of the marine air and a small amount of vapor formed by the natural evaporation of the storage battery. The temperature of the conveyed air should not exceed 50. The motor is placed in the casing, and there are two types of casing: integral type and open type. Wing-shaped blade, high flow coefficient and pressure coefficient, high efficiency, low noise, reversible; impeller outer diameter: Ф200 ~ Ф1800mm.

Overview

Feature:

As ships are susceptible to the influence of the marine climate during navigation, sea salt spray and humid environments can easily lead to a decline in the anti-corrosion standard of ordinary axial fans, while in the ship's cabin, the axial fan also has to resist physical or chemical corrosion factors against the fan, and may even encounter the danger of explosion. Therefore, marine axial fans should not only be equipped with anti-corrosion and explosion-proof devices in the structure, but also must undergo special design and processing to adapt to the unique environment in the ship's cabin.

In order to adapt to the demand for clean air in ships, marine axial fans have been improved to different degrees in terms of efficiency and exhaust pressure. In terms of exhaust efficiency, marine axial fans are superior to ordinary axial fans. In the process of use, marine axial fans have a larger exhaust volume and lower noise.
