M-V5OMLO Elbow
M-V5OMLO 45°Male Stud Elbow is a specific type of threaded joint characterized by a 45 degree cone angle. This type of joint is commonly used in situations that require sealed connections, where the design of external threads helps ensure the tightness and safety of the connection.
Overview
Production method:
1)Cutting the pipe: Use a circular saw or band saw to cut the pipe perpendicular to the pipe axis, ensuring a smooth cut.
2)Remove burrs or flanges: Use tools such as files and reamers to thoroughly remove burrs or flanges after cutting to ensure a smooth connection of the joint.
3)Pipe tapping: Use a tapping machine with an automatic cutting device to correctly cut tapered external threads according to JIS B0203 for pipe use. Ensure that the thread diameter and shape meet the requirements.
4)Cleaning the pipeline: Use cleaning agents, cotton yarn, etc. to remove oil stains, chips, dirt, etc. from the threaded parts and inside the pipeline, ensuring the cleanliness of the connection.
5)The use and anti-corrosion treatment of sealant: Apply liquid sealant to the entire thread surface to prevent it from dripping from the end face. The use of sealant should follow the manufacturer's instructions to ensure the sealing and corrosion resistance of the joint.
