Overview
Problem:
1.Rubber seal ring aging, worn out; medium flow direction abnormal;
2.Sealing surface pressure ring loose, broken; sealing surface is not close;
3.Valve stem and butterfly plate loosening, so that the sealing surface leakage.
Solution:
1.Regular inspection and replacement; install the valve according to the medium flow direction indication arrow;
2.The pressure ring assembly should be checked for correctness before installation; improve the manufacturing quality and test pressure before use;
3.Improve the strength of the connection between the valve stem and the butterfly plate, and regular maintenance.
