Describe：

ISO 13729 is a standard for shipbuilding and offshore structures. It specifies the requirements for closed chocks, which are accessories used to secure ship mooring lines. Enclosed guide wheels are usually mounted on the deck or bulwarks of a ship to provide a smooth surface for mooring lines to pass while maintaining their position.
