  • Sound system: It is composed of motor, driven gear, eccentric shaft, piston, piston cylinder, sound body (sound diaphragm), resonator, speaker and other parts.

  • Using the motor as the motive force, through the gear transmission, the eccentric shaft rotates at high speed, driving the piston to reciprocate at high speed in the piston cylinder, compressing the air in the sound cavity to produce the whistle.

  • The piston cylinder is integrated with a soft heater made of special materials to ensure that the piston cylinder works reliably. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, fast heating, and temperature controllable, ensuring that the piston cylinder can work normally in severe cold environments, and the heating source can be obtained in daily production activities, which is both environmentally friendly and energy-saving.

  • The air compressor, air storage tank and pipeline are integrated to solve the problems of easy leakage and pipeline blockage of traditional marine horn air storage tanks.
