How to install a ventilation grille?
Install the grille in the intended position according to the drawings. Installation should ensure that the grating is smooth, firmly connected and not loose.
The end of the grille should be left with appropriate expansion displacement allowance to prevent deformation under different temperatures.
The installation of the grille should comply with the requirements of the International Classification Society, and can be used only after acceptance.
Overview
1. First, determine the location and size of the air outlet. Measure the dimensions of the air outlet according to the location where the air outlet grille is to be installed.
2. Using a steel ruler or protractor, mark the four angles of the outlet on the wall.
3. Using a small drill, drill holes for positioning. Drill holes in the wall according to the marked positions. The depth of the holes should match the thickness of the air outlet grille.
4. Use a hole punch or scale tool to check that the depth and diameter of the holes are correct.
5. Place the air outlet grille into the drilled holes.
6. Use a screwdriver or bolt to secure the air outlet grille to the wall. Make sure that the screws or bolts secure the grille firmly.
7. Check the installation of the air outlet grille. Ensure that the grille is securely mounted and completely covers the air outlet.
8. If necessary, the outlet grille can be attached to the wall with sealant or sealing tape to ensure a tight seal.
