Describe：

GBT 554-2008 is the Chinese national standard for double Bollard that was modified based on GBT 554-1996. Specifically, it covers the technical requirements for double bollards used in marine applications.

Double bollards are common fixtures on docks used as mooring points for boats. They are usually made of we can discuss it.
