Installation:

1. Cleaning: Before installation, make sure that the gap between the valve and the pipeline is clean and there are no impurities or residues in the pipeline.

2. Select the right valve: ensure that the valve matches the flange connection of the pipeline.

3. Place the valve: Place the valve in a proper position and ensure that the valve is closed.

4. Connecting flange: use flange sealing gasket to connect the valve with the flange of the pipeline to ensure that the gasket will not be squeezed or deformed when fastening the bolt.

5. Fastening bolts: Tighten the bolts with an appropriate wrench or tool to ensure that the valve is firmly connected with the flange of the pipeline.

6. Check the sealing performance: after installation, close the valve and check whether there is leakage between the valve and the pipeline. If there is leakage, you can try to retighten the bolt or replace the gasket to solve the problem.

7. Test function: after installation, test the switch function of the valve as needed to ensure that the valve can work normally.
