GB/T1951 Marine Bronze Male Thread Globe Valve
Type: bronze globe valve with external thread.
Material: bronze.
Specification: DN6-32.
Nominal pressure: 1.6Mpa.
Connection mode: external thread.
Scope of application: oil; Seawater; Fresh water; Air.
Overview
Parameters:
Applicable medium and temperature range: the globe valve is suitable for seawater, fresh water, fuel oil, lubricating oil and steam with temperature not higher than 250℃.
Working pressure: The working pressure range of the globe valve is 0.6 MPa to 1.6 MPa.
Connection mode: The globe valve adopts external thread connection mode.
Material: The valve body and bonnet are made of bronze and the valve stem is made of stainless steel.
Structure and design features: the globe valve has an "inverted seal" structure, which increases the provisions on the wall thickness of the valve body.
Principle:
Opening process: When it is necessary to let the fluid pass through the valve, the operating mechanism (such as hand wheel or electric device) drives the valve stem to rise, which drives the valve disc to leave the valve seat, so that the fluid channel is opened and the fluid can pass smoothly.
Closing process: when the fluid needs to be cut off, the operating mechanism drives the valve stem to descend, and the valve disc is pressed against the valve seat, thus completely closing the fluid channel.
Regular inspection and maintenance:
1. Check the tightness: ensure that the sealing ring is not worn or aged, and maintain a good sealing effect.
2. Lubricate the valve stem: lubricate the valve stem regularly to reduce friction and wear.
3. Cleaning impurities: regularly clean impurities and deposits inside the valve to prevent blockage.
4. Regular inspection: carry out regular inspection and maintenance according to the manufacturer's suggestion to ensure that the valve is in good working condition.
