High-Strength G80 Grade – Made from premium alloy steel through integral forging and heat treatment.
The working load limit (WLL) provides a 4:1 design factor, ensuring a generous safety margin for demanding lifts.
Rigorously Tested for Safety – Every hook is individually proof tested at 2.5× WLL. Batch samples undergo fatigue testing at 1.5× WLL for 20,000 cycles and breakage testing to validate destructive strength. 100% magnaflux (magnetic particle) crack detection ensures zero critical defects.
Durable Corrosion Protection – Finished with powder plastified coating (RAL3020 red or RAL1003 yellow), providing excellent resistance to rust, seawater splash, and industrial wear.
