PLKD series electric foam/water dual-purpose fire monitor
1. The spiral design of single bend pipe is adopted, and the technology of flowing around the channel and rectifying and racemation is used to reduce the channel disorder caused by pressure impact in the pipe, minimize the pressure loss and make the fire monitor have a longer range;
2. Fluent simulation analysis software is used to simulate the mass transfer efficiency and mixing effect of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the foam pipe, and 3D printing technology is used to make the foam pipe structure, so as to improve the fire extinguishing performance of the fire monitor, technical parameter.
3. The rotating part adopts worm gear transmission technology, which is light and flexible in rotation and has strong self-locking ability. The worm gear is made of tin bronze that meets the requirements of marine standards, which has strong wear resistance, eliminates rotating sticky magnetism and has long service life.
