Flat Welding Flange

Flat Welding Flange is mainly used for the connection of two pipe fittings, which are firstly inserted into the internal control of the flange and adjusted to the proper position, and then welded. The sealing effect of the flange is good or bad, depends entirely on the application of the flange gasket, and at the same time with bolts for fixing.

Overview

Application:

1. Usually used for pipeline connection under low pressure and low temperature, such as water supply, drainage, HVAC and other systems.

2. Suitable for pipeline connection under high temperature and pressure, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive, toxic and hazardous working conditions.

3. Flat welding flanges are suitable for connecting pipelines with small diameters, generally below DN80.

4. Flat welding flanges are mostly used for the connection of metal pipelines, and can also be used in non-metallic pipelines.
