Fireproof Aluminum Plastic Composite Panel

Aluminum composite panel belongs to B1 level fireproof material. Most of the aluminum composite panels on the market belong to the B1 level fireproof material, does not belong to the A level fireproof material, because aluminum composite panels inside the PE material and aluminum are generally pasted between a layer of film, and this layer of film is generally combustible, so aluminum composite panels generally can not reach the non-combustible A level fireproof material.
Aluminum composite panels are generally available in thicknesses of 3mm and 4mm, but other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. Its thickness ranges from 1mm to 6mm, and in general 4mm thick is used for outdoor use, while those below 4mm are used for indoor use.
Different Types of Aluminum Composite Panels
PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel: made of fluorocarbon resin coating, it has good weather resistance and abrasion resistance, and is widely used in architectural curtain walls, outdoor billboards and other fields.
PE Aluminum Composite Panel: made of polyester coating, with good flatness and toughness, widely used in interior decoration and advertising production.
Fireproof Aluminum Composite Panel: Aluminum composite panel with good fireproof performance, widely used in subway stations, high-rise buildings, commercial centers and other places with high fireproof requirements.
