Dry-type Rectifier Transformer

A dry-type rectifier transformer is a transformer used in rectifier circuits, usually cooled by air or solid insulating medium. Our dry-type rectifier transformer has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good insulation performance, safety and reliability, convenient installation, and low noise, and is widely used in the fields of electricity, industry, and transportation. Compared with oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers are more environmentally friendly and suitable for places that require high safety and fire resistance. Characteristics

The transformer is made of non-toxic, flame-retardant epoxy resin, with high mechanical strength, flame retardant, fireproof and pollution-free.
The dry-type rectifier transformer is delivered as a complete machine, and can be put into operation as soon as the complete machine is in place, which is convenient and efficient.
The transformer insulation heat resistance grade is H grade, and the heat resistance temperature reaches 180℃. The maximum overload capacity is 200%;
The noise is 3~5 decibels lower than the national standard.
The dry-type rectifier transformer can be installed together with electrical equipment such as rectifiers, without the need to design a separate distribution room, saving space.
It can be flexibly designed and responded quickly according to the specific requirements of customers.
