DN1100 Dredging Ball Joint
The DN1100 dredging ball joint is used in both floating pipelines (which move with the waves) and submerged pipelines (which rest on the seabed) in dredging operations. it is critical for the long-term integrity and flexibility of the dredging pipeline system. The ball joints are usually made from wear resistant materials, such as iron or steel to ensure its quality and lifespan.
Feature:
Large diameter and high capacity
Suitable for low and high pressure
Ball turning angle 15 degrees and 18 degrees
Low maintenance cost
Overview
The DN1100 dredging ball joint is designed to maintain a tight seal to prevent leaks of the dredged material, ensuring efficient and environmentally safe operation. It is used with dredgers to improve the efficiency of dredging works.
Dredge ball joints type:
1. Tilting angle of 15 degrees: 10bar, 20bar and 30bar.
2. Tilting angle of 18 degrees: 10bar, 20bar and 30bar.
