DIN PN6 Air Vent Head
DIN PN6 air vent head is a German standard air vent head, suitable for the medium of water and oil. It installed on the upper end of the oil, water tank air pipe. The material of the main frame is FC200, FCD450, the material of the bolt is stainless steel, the material of the top cover is SS400, the material of the rubber cushion is NER, and the material of the seat packing is asbestos. The nominal diameter is generally DN50-DN500.

Working principle of Marine air vent head
1. Intake process: When there is no seawater entering the intake chamber, air will enter the intake chamber from the intake port and the drainage port. Due to the limited space occupied by the slipway and support rod, air is discharged from the air outlet of the intake chamber and into the snorkel, thus achieving effective air circulation in the cabin.
2. Exhaust process: the exhaust gas enters the breathable tube through the catheter and is adsorbed with the inner wall. Subsequently, through the role of the filter layer, the impurities adsorbed on the filter screen are removed, and the purified gas is then discharged into the atmosphere.
