DIN Marine Valve
DIN Marine Valves are designed and manufactured according to the German standard (DIN standard), and strictly follow German industrial standards in terms of material selection, structural design and performance requirements, so as to ensure their reliability and durability in the marine environment.
Overview
Main standards:
Length standard: DIN 32021;
Flange standard: DIN 2543-25451;
Welding end standard: DIN 32391;
Inspection and pressure test standard: DIN 32301;
Pressure and temperature grade: DIN 24011.
Pressure grade:
PN1.6MPa: The shell test pressure is 2.4MPa, the sealing test pressure is 1.76MPa, and the applicable temperature range is -110℃ to 600℃.
PN2.5MPa: the shell test pressure is 3.75MPa, and the sealing test pressure is 2.75MPa.
PN4.0MPa: The shell test pressure is 6.0MPa, and the sealing test pressure is 4.4MPa.
PN6.4MPa: The shell test pressure is 9.6MPa, and the sealing test pressure is 7.04MPa.
Applicable medium:
Including water, steam, oil products, etc., the working temperature range is -29℃ to 425℃ (carbon steel) or -40℃ to 500℃ (stainless steel).
