Overview
According to the CB/T19-2001 standard, the commonly used embedded manhole covers can be divided into two types according to their structure, that is, type C and type D. These two manhole covers are oblong and oval. Compared with type C, type D manhole cover has no upper cover, and the commonly used specifications are 450×350mm, 600mm×400mm and 800mm×600mm according to the through-hole size (L×B), and an 800mm×400mm oval manhole cover. The cover plate thickness (S) is 14~20mm. The type D manhole cover can be used in places such as the bottom of the cargo hold and the deck passageway, and where it is easy to load and unload cargo and personnel.
