Corner Panel
The corner area in the construction of partition panels usually refers to the intersection of two walls. Special attention needs to be paid to the stability of the structure when constructing the corner part. Because the corner part of the wall is the intersection of two straight sections, the pressure is concentrated in one point, which, if not reinforced, can lead to cracking or tilting of the wall. Therefore, corner areas need to be reinforced, and a common practice is to use structural columns.
Overview
Fire Grade:
The fire grade of rock wool board mainly includes A grade and B1 grade, of which A grade refers to very flame retardant materials, the burning point reaches 800 ℃ or more, does not produce drops and toxic gases, belongs to the highest fire grade.B1 grade refers to flame retardant materials, the combustion point is higher than 100 ℃ and is not easy to combust, but in the role of the fire will be spontaneous combustion and release of toxic gases.
The fire protection grade of aluminum honeycomb mainly includes Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. Grade A refers to very flame-retardant materials, with a burning point of 800℃ or above, and does not produce drips and toxic gases, which belongs to the highest fire protection grade. Grade B refers to a certain degree of flame-retardant, with a burning point higher than 650℃ and not easy to burn, and also with the characteristic of self-extinguishing; Grade C refers to flammable materials, with a burning point lower than 650℃ and flammable fuels capable of C grade refers to flammable materials, the combustion point is lower than 650℃ and the flammable fuel can burn by itself.
