Overview
Working Principle:
When the pressure of the medium in the pressurized equipment rises abnormally due to some reason and reaches a pre-set value, the safety valve opens automatically and then discharges to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise. When the medium pressure is at normal working pressure, the valve remains closed and sealed.
Design:
The design of safety valves mainly considers the structure and performance design content. Structural design includes valve body structure, sealing structure, valve seat structure, valve structure, back pressure balance structure, emergency lifting structure; performance design includes valve nozzle, spring and the optimized combination of the protected system design.
